The Manager role for Garden of Ddecadence is currently the Guest Experience Manager (GEM). The GEM role is NSFW and exists to handle the host-related needs of the guests and host staff of the venue. The role is intended to act on the owner's behalf and to step into that role when neither owner is present.

Any guest that has a need for a service that is offered by a different employee of the venue should have that guest sent to them for said service.

As a Manager, you need to be aware of all the services our venue offers and what information is available on our Carrd and Discord.

If someone asks for our mare syncshell, please direct them to our Carrd. Do not give this information out in game. If the guest refuses, let them know the information is available in our guest book.

A manager should not spend all of their time with one patron. We need them to mingle with guests and not just be focused on just one.

Your role as the DJ is pretty straightforward: entertain our guests with custom, exciting, and engaging set lists. Our role requires the use of a special mod that allows you to play music via Mare instead of live DJing over Twitch.

Engage our guests with good and custom set lists.

Find ways to utilize chat to engage with guests further.

Be willing to make "themed" set lists for holidays or events.

Your job as a greeter is to greet those who enter the venue, provide them with information to properly enjoy the venue, and send them downstairs to have fun!

Greet people as they enter!

Provide patrons with carrd information.

Direct guests to the dance floor + bar.

Direct guests away from rooms and VIP sections they do not have access to.

Additionally, you may be asked to Shout Run or Host a PF to advertise the venue.

First three hours at the door, final fourth hour on the floor!

Run the bar, mix and serve drinks to customers, chat and flirt to keep your customers engaged, and handle a variety of paid-for-services such as the GAMBA drink and VIP.

Socialize with any customers who stop by the bar.

Handle drink and other orders that can be done via the bar, such as the GAMBA drink.

Custom drinks and non-listed bar items should be priced at 5,000 gil

Need at least 9 slots to hold items, and the house will provide the items

We do not have any macros built for any items, bartenders are free to customize drinks to fit their RP style!

The Bar Buyout is 2 million gil and it lasts the entire night!

Before announcing a bar buyout or using the affiliated shouts, please determine if the person who bought out the bar would like to have their name announced.

First three hours at the bar, final fourth hour on the floor!

As the dealer, it is your job to whisk away players to a fun night of gambling, luck, and ultimately loss! Your goal is to get players to engage with you and keep wanting to engage with you by making losing money a good and fun time. Dance, flirt, use fun animations, and use clear and concise macros to convey gameplay.

At the start of service, the house will be requiring you to send a screenshot of your gil to start off the night!

We follow standard Blackjack(21) rules.

Before the end of service, the house will require you to send us a screenshot of your gil at the end of the shift and how much the total winnings were (excluding tips).

The house tax is 30% of the total winnings (excluding tips).

Your job as a Host is to entertain, whether that be on the floor dancing, chatting, and flirting or in a paid one on one setting. Your job is as SFW or NSFW as you make it; remember, as a Host you are able to sell yourself for more than just NSFW content - sometimes people need a friend, someone to chat with, or someone to just spend time with. Don't shy away from multiple opportunities to pleasure our guests - and make some gil.

You choose your own rates!

When not courting, your job is to entertain through dancing, talking to customers, and being visible having fun! Don’t spend your whole night doing one thing and remember to check in on those who appear to be alone.

Payments for any and all paid content must be paid upfront to you. Any conflict with payments can be addressed with and by the General Manager or either Owner.

Simply notify the management and other staff in the staff linkshell what room you will be using. If you finish in a room you were occupying, notify management that the room is available to use again.

ON THE CLOCK: So long as you consent to the act and booking, you are more than welcomed to have pre-booked time with customers.

OFF THE CLOCK: Same as on the clock, BUT TOTALLY 100% OPTIONAL. You have no obligation to offer this service.

Someone may pay 100,000 gil to get you naked whenever, so long as you are consenting!

Generally, you are expected to work at least one of the two nights per week we are open. Requesting time off is absolutely no problem, but patterns of unexpected absences will be addressed. LOA are 100% acceptable as well, so long as communicated.

Consent is the utmost priority before beginning anything, make sure your terms are clear with your partner(s) before you start any action that would require their consent.

ANY CONTENT THAT INVOLVES YOU AND ANOTHER PATRON REQUIRES THEIR EXPRESS CONSENT. ALWAYS.
